Terms of Service
Welcome to Gloam Hearth. By accessing our pantry of artisan flours, sourdough starters, and curated baking kits, you're agreeing to our house rules. We've spent 17 years perfecting our methods in New York, and we ask that you respect the intellectual property of our workshop materials and unique recipes.
Ever wondered why we're so picky about shipping delicate starters? Because quality matters. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Don't share your baking workshop login with the whole neighborhood!
All prices for our baking tools and ingredients are subject to change without notice. We don't guarantee that our website will be error-free 100% of the time, although our sourdough culture usually is. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in the state of New York.
Questions about the fine print? Reach out to us at info@kuriyama.info and we'll clear the air like sifted flour. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these conditions in full.
Shipping Policy
Live cultures are shipped on Mondays to ensure they don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Freshness is our priority.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we can't accept returns on flour or starters. However, if your kit arrives damaged, we'll make it right.
